Raji Esther Linda
Network Rep
Esther Linda Raji is a Development Professional with over 9 years of experience in Program Management, Human rights propagation, Advocacy, Community mobilization and Sensitisation. She holds a Bachelor's degree in English and Literary Studies from Kogi State University. As a change agent, she is most passionate about young women and girls Rights, wellbeing and access to Education, Sexual and Reproductive Health, HIV/AIDS Prevention, Sexual and Gender Based Violence prevention and reporting, and Civic Education. Over the years, she provides technical guidance and support to national stakeholders towards policy formulation. As a Certified Lay Counselor, she volunteered with the Sunshine Series - MindWheel Project to offer Psychosocial support to Nigerians during the Covid-19 Pandemic Lockdown and has provided counseling to adolescents and young people experiencing psychological distress till date. She is the founder of Rehoboth Youth Foundation (RYF), a Faith based NGO providing support and redirection to dysfunctional youths. Linda is currently a Program Manager with the Rule of Law Development Foundation (ROLDF), where she leads Advocacy, Sensitisation and programs strengthening the voices of vulnerable individuals and communities, providing access to justice, and promoting the Rule of Law.

Eleanora Boyo

Eleanora is a young African feminist gender and disability rights advocate who believes a bad sight isn't an hindrance to a clear vision. She is passionate about advocating for the rights of Women and Girls With Disabilities (WGWDs) to inclusive education, sexual reproductive health, and against sexual gender/disability based violence. Her passion storm from her determination for an equal and rights-based inclusive society for women.

Oge Udegbunam

Pascaline Ogechukwu Udegbunam Researcher | Policy Analyst | Development Journalist A dedicated research professional with nearly a decade of diverse experience in journalism, policy analysis, and investigative reporting. She writes high-impact research initiatives and crafting compelling story narratives on climate change, agriculture, and governance. Also she produces comprehensive research outputs, engaging stakeholders across sectors, and driving policy reforms through ethical, solution-focused reporting.

Kayode Odunayo
Communications Officer
Kayode Henry Odunayo is a dynamic professional with a strong background in development, media, public relations, and governance. With years of hands-on experience in both grassroots engagement and high-level strategic communication, Kayode has contributed to transformative projects across civic education, public policy, and youth development in Nigeria. Kayode builds meaningful collaborations and amplifies impact-driven initiatives across the continent. He has worked with various organizations to design and implement community development programs, facilitate media campaigns, and shape public discourse around governance, leadership, and social change. A passionate advocate for inclusive development, Kayode has also played leading roles in organizing youth summits, civic engagement forums, and interfaith dialogues, creating platforms for young people to learn, connect, and lead. His work bridges media and advocacy, using storytelling and strategic communications to influence policy and promote accountability. He is the co-founder of JOC-HIVE a media agency that specializes in PR, event coverage, live streaming, and brand storytelling, reflecting his commitment to innovation and excellence in digital media. Plangnan Deborah Saleh
Welfare Secretary
A passionate gender champion and a seasoned expert in gender equality, sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV), and sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) for women and girls. As a dedicated community mobilizer and advocate, she actively mentors women and girls while engaging with policy stakeholders to promote, support, and implement laws and policies that protect and advance women’s rights. Her work is driven by a strong commitment to empowerment, advocacy, mentorship, and policy implementation—key pillars she believes are essential for sustainable societal transformation. Plangnan has collaborated with several organizations on impactful projects centered on inclusion and the rights of women and girls, underscoring her unwavering dedication to social change. She is an alumna of the Martin Luther Agwai International Leadership and Peacekeeping Centre and a Fellow of the Institute of Disaster Management and Safety Science and a fellow of the Open Mind Young Voices Fellowship.

Vanessa Akpelan

Vanessa Iveren Akpelan is a passionate development practitioner and Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL) professional with a strong track record of designing, implementing, and assessing impactful development programs across Nigeria. With a keen focus on evidence-based decision-making, she has contributed significantly to initiatives that promote accountability, learning, and sustainable outcomes within the development sector. Vanessa is a dedicated advocate for Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 3 and 4—Good Health and Well-being, and Quality Education. She channels her expertise into advancing access to equitable healthcare and inclusive, lifelong learning opportunities, especially for underserved communities. Her commitment to these goals is reflected in her collaborative work with stakeholders across government, civil society, and donor organizations to strengthen systems and amplify community voices. Whether facilitating learning events, conducting rigorous program evaluations, or contributing to strategic planning, Vanessa brings a thoughtful, people-centered approach rooted in empathy and data. Beyond her technical work, she also supports youth-focused initiatives and social impact campaigns that inspire collective action for a healthier, better-educated future. Vanessa holds an unwavering belief in the power of data to drive change, and in the power of people—especially young leaders—to shape a more just, informed, and compassionate world.
